The Invada Records Mail Order & Customer Service Department is a one person operation - that is me, Charlie. 

Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions : 

Shipping Info

When will my order be shipped?

I will ship your order out as fast as I can - please bear in mind that I do not work every day at Invada, so your patience is appreciated.

You will get an automated email letting you know when your order has shipped. Please check your junk for this. 

Pre-Orders

If you have ordered a pre-order title along with other items, they will all ship together when the pre-order is released.

Demos

Invada does not accept demos. Please do not send me demos. I do the mail order, not A&R and there's no one for me to pass them on to.

*all delivery time guidelines are relevant from time of sending not from time of order - please bear in mind that I don't work every day*

UK Orders

UK Orders under 2KG are sent with Royal Mail "Tracked 48" unless you choose DHL Express at checkout. The name "Tracked 48" is only a rough guide as Royal Mail delivery times do vary. 

If you want a faster tracked service please opt for “DHL EXPRESS” at checkout. 

Any orders over 2kg in weight will automatically be shipped using DHL EXPRESS. 

European and Worldwide Orders

For all of our non-uk customers - unless your order is over 2kg in weight, you will have a choice* at checkout:
You can either choose a standard service (Royal Mail Tracked) or DHL Express.
As the name suggests, DHL Express is a much faster service. 
If your order is over 2kg in weight, it will be automatically sent using DHL Express.
* There are certain countries, for example UAE, where the only option will be DHL Express. This is because of experience with parcels not being delivered to those locations when sent via Royal Mail.
