Our next guest is Australian musician and composer, Ben Frost.

The Iceland based musician and composer is known for his albums which include Theory of Machines (2007), Sólaris (2011), The Wasp Factory (2016) along with many more.

Ben is also known for his work as a soundtrack composer, with credits including Netflix’s 'DARK', Sky Atlantic's 'Fortitude', and Rainbow Six: Siege.

Here is a collection of music which has been accompanying me through isolation these last few weeks- There is little connective tissue here, other than it being a mix of some of my absolute favourites (Emmylou Harris, Alice Coltrane, Mark Hollis), some are pieces by friends I miss and who are too far away right now, others I find curious and fascinating, and some I’d never heard before. It is an ocean of music and here is no sequence here, hit shuffle and let the machines do the work. I hope you find something in here you’ve never heard before.
